After 432 appearances and over 150 goals, Graeme Sharp left the club he loved on this day in 1991 to join Oldham Athletic.

Sharpy was and still is the Blues post war record goal scorer, and in his Everton career, he won the Title twice, an FA Cup Winners Medal and the European Cup Winners Cup.

Sharpy eventually came back home and is still employed by the club back stage.
