Too Mucha For Jan
Bookmark and Share

New Blues keeper Jan Mucha was left helpless as his Slovakia side went down 2-0 to a rampant Paraguay outfit earlier today.

Jan who has been signed by Moyesy to push Tim Howard, was in magnificent form as he pulled off save after save, but goals from Enrique Vera and Cristian Riveros helped the South Americans to a win, and also top of Group F.

Jan's Slovakia side has it now all to do to qualify for the knockout stages. They lie bottom of the Group and have to beat World Champions Italy and hope the other game between New Zealand and Paraguay goes there way.

Richy- It's for the money mate! I cant see Tim Howard leaving, and if he did I dont think we would replace him with this guy. If we had to replace Tim I think we would go for Hart, but we wont have to because Tim's staying forever!

First time I've seen him play - look pretty decent but his distribution wasnt the best...must have been the ball!

Cant understand that you know! Why would an international keeper come to Goodison to sit on the bench or play in the reserves because Tim Howard is going to be around for a long while..or maybe the rumour is true that Tim is on his way to the Usa in Exchange for some cents and Donavan...
