Three of Everton's youngsters have been loaned out to league clubs until the end of the season so they can get competitive action.
George Green has joined Tranmere Rovers, Francisco Junior has joined Port Vale and Gethin Jones has joined Plymouth Argyle.
19 year old Green could make his Rovers debut in Saturday's League Two clash at home to AFC Wimbledon.
George was signed by David Moyes as a 15 year old for around £2m and has been a regular in David Unsworth's under-21s Blues side.
Junior made his Everton debut in the ill fated defeat at Leeds in the Capital Cup in 2012.
Now 23, the midfielder has had loan spells in Norway with Stromsgodset and Holland with Vitesse Arnhem.
Gethin may make his Plymouth debut at Cheltenham on Saturday.
The 19-year-old made his Everton first-team debut when he came on as a substitute against FC Krasnodar in the Europa League in December.
Good Luck Boys.
Joe Royle said: "We've seen the benefit not only Harry Kane at Tottenham but ourselves with Ross Barkley, Seamus Coleman: they've all been out on loan and come back to be first team players.
"You can get players playing serious, hard professional football and they can go away from this place (Everton) and realise it's not all as good as this.
"Sometimes, when the apprentices came through the old apprentice system, we used to clean the dressing rooms, clean the toilets, and I'm not advocating it being right, but there was a hardening and seasoning that went with with it, and that seems to be missing a little bit."
