Hey! I'm just as passionate about our club as anyone but I refuse to be bogged down with this mire of anger, apathy and serial negativity which characterises too many of the people who - as they are entitled, of course - subscribe to Blue Kipper. When I saw the team I was very positive (not as stratospheric as Senor Martinez) by the team selection. Up to now we've had too many midfielders cancelling each other out. Do you actually need two midfield enforcers in Barry and McCarthy?. I love the energy expended by Naismith but he seems to be spending more time on his backside these days than on his feet. We had a combination of McCarthy's running power, Gibbo's astute passing capabilities and Ossie's nimble mind and feet. You know what you are going to get with these players unlike the Barkleys, Miralles, Besic etc. I know Martinez treats us all like idiots sometimes but today he got it right. QPR don't lose that many at home. I know we're going to end up becalmed just below the dreaded Eufa League spots but anyone who thinks we're going to be dragged into a relegation struggle wants to forget such a nonsense.

The way I see it is that we lose it because we are now playing long balls, which we didn't do last season. Go back to a proper passing game.

We could of easily lost this but for qpr being that bit shitter than us and we've just scraped home in the end but it's a win and 3 more points on the board

Team looks ok on paper. But the Way Martinez gets the team to play, Twenty sideways passes until they lose it. I predict 2-0 to QPR, with Martinez saying we were phenomenal but QPR are an exceptional side.
