Atsu Set To Play
Atsu Set To Play

There will be a few changes after the news that James McCarthy, Seamus Coleman, Sylvain Distin and Steven Pienaar have all stayed at home.

I should imagine Besic will go in the engine room alongside Bazza. Also I expect starts for Christian and Aiden on the flanks. Roberto may start with Samuel upfront with Luke.

It will be a tossup for the right back spec. I suspect Hibbo will get the nod.

I don't care who plays as long as we win. I'll be on the vodka soon.

Roberto said: "They are great games. These are the games we want."

"I think Krasnodar is going to be a really difficult experience. All we want now is to get all the injured players back.

"We planned to have a squad to cope with all these games but obviously when you get someone like Steven Pienaar, someone like Seamus Coleman, someone like Ross Barkley injured, that hurts. We need to get them back. But the mentality now has changed.

Everton squad:  Howard, Stones, Jagielka, Baines, McGeady,  Barry, Naismith, Lukaku, Pienaar, Robles, Browning, Alcaraz, Besic, Gibson, Atsu, Osman, Eto'o, Oviedo, Garbutt, Hibbert.

Kipper's starting XI:
Howard, Hibbo, Jagielka, Stones, Baines, McGeady, Besic, Barry, Atsu, Eto'o, Lukaku.

Who would be in your starting XI?

Martinez needs to change things dramatically. His system does not work. He is building a team around crap wingers/attacking midfielders. Need some stability and to see the xi playing as a team and to our strengths again. Time for Howard, jags, Baines, Coleman, osman to shake up that dressing room. Starting xi for Sunday: Howard, hibbert, jags, distin, Baines, Coleman, Barry, Macarthy, Osman, eto, lukaku.

#5 Bob Leeds - Hibbert is past it and needs to retire. I'd play Browing there tonight and I hope RM does. I didn't rate Hibbert when he was younger and don't rate him now, he certainly did not 'do a job' on Sterling in the derby.

Robles Hibbo, Stones, Jags, Baines, Osman (off the front and to cover Astu when goes walk about) Besic, Barry, Oviedo (left), Astu (right and give pace)) Et'o - 4 -4 1-1. We don't need to win this. Hibbo, Besic Ovi & Astu get match time and we lock up the defence. Save Nais, Luka, McGeady for Sunday

Away in Russia I wouldn't start with either wingers. You have to have a hard working side who will both keep the game tight but also press the opposition into mistakes . So start with Oviedo and Osman instead of McGeady and Atsu. they can come on later when space opens up

We need to play a weak team tonight and save the big guns for the weekend massive game

Hibbo does a sterling defensive job whenever he's called on and doesn't whinge when he's not! I think I even caught him trying to whip one in the box last week. Bless. The perfect squad player, and if he can still do a job on Raheem Sterling at Anfield he's over-qualified for FC Krasnodar!

Should be enough in the team to deal with Krasnodar but disappointed to see Hibbo touted at R B. Thought Tyas Browning did enough in the derby to merit a start

If it were up to me, keeping in mind the weekend fixture, I'd play Howard, Browning, Stones, Jagielka, Baines, Besic, Barry, McGeady, Atsu, Oviedo and Eto'o. Although I might consider Gibson in for Oviedo to give our midfield more control in a tough away game in Europe.
